SHADOW

In the light I brag about my power and pride,
behind the shadows I quiver and hide

You see me with strength and passion,
like a movie with full of action…

but you do not know the hidden secrets… how deep and how tender
the mystery and drama of this great pretender

and now you appear into my life, and made the sun shine
out of the dark I could not believe, how I wish you would be mine

I cannot say it, still I have to hide it
So close you are to me, and yet I cannot break it

Yet I could see you, looking at our shadows so true
You try to deny it, so clear you cannot admit it, I, your shadow embracing you

So hard I want you, a little more then I would die for you
But you cannot feel my heart beating, so you still look for another shadow to love you

As you choose him to be yours, leaving me with all sores....my dear I will give way, like a shadow I will still follow you throughout the day

and as you leave me, you will never see me drop a tear…as you turn around, I become your shadow, fading, dying and slowly will disappear.
